what is an easy, fit and natural bearing for two 13 yr old girls to lose at lowest possible 10-15pounds by august? but also gain muscle too?

I am 108 pds, DO NOT TELL US WE DONT NEED TO LOSE IT cuzz we want to so UGH.

My friend is 100 pds.

Both our bodies are just blubber, no muscle. We want to look pious for the upcoming school yr and we want to know a good, natural, healthy, and crude way to lose shipment.

Ok, so here's the thing, you don't call for to loose weight, your consignment is just fine, what you want is to conversion the ration of muscle to fat. NO dieting! No point, simply start exercising. Feel free to disappear out any sodas and sweets out of your meal plan, but please, don't jump on any stupid diet, you don't have to!

Well... I will say that what you come across to be looking for, and should be looking for is not to lose weight, but to lose obese. You two would probably be pretty underweight if you were to weigh 85 pounds or so.

As for losing the overweight and gaining the muscle... I would one-sidedly recommend mountain biking -- great workouts, people deliberate you are badass, and unlike much exercise... it is FUN!

However, if that doesn't float your boat... try running, jogging, going to the gym, swimming -- simply anything that gets you out and moving. Find something you soak up, you will stick to it better, and do it without a huge focus on what results it is have right away. The results will come, just enjoy fun in the meantime.

sorry babe, but thats going to be GAINING consignment. muscle does weigh more than fat though, so you will look better, but weigh more.
try pilates and cardio. pilates works your abs and thighs (I think). at my local rec center theyre letting me drop surrounded by for a class for only $7 this saturday.
it tones your body, which is what it sounds approaching you two need.

if you want to gain muscle and enhance the muscle you have, it might be difficult to lose the substance you're hoping for. exercise, especially using weights at a gym. they will give you the muscle tone you're looking for but remember tough muscle weighs more - so don't grasp discouraged if you're muscles are looking good, but you aren't loosing as much solidity as you would like - it simply means the muscle mass is heavier and you'll still appear to hold lost significant weight surrounded by your waist, arms, hips, thighs, etc. good luck
