If I DDR'd day after day the together summer starting from today, can I know how to lose 10 pounds?

If I am able to lose 10 pounds this summer, from today (July 14) till the second week of September when university begins, can I lose 10 pounds by DDR... or any other form of exercise?

If so, how tons calories would I have to lose each day to achieve my aspiration? I'd appreciate any motivation and stories about yourself or somebody else who's be on a healthy diet and exercised to become a stronger, skinnier character with DDR... or any other form of exercise :P

yeah! my friend wuz 400 pounds, and she DDRd for 2 hours every sunshine for 18 months, and now shes 120 pounds
