in good health always drink breakfast.than exercise for 2 hour and than go to the suna or steam room and stay within for 10 mintues and sweat a lot. for lunch...chomp through like a fruit or sooo..too full. than for dinner try not over stuff. and other get adequate of sleep.

chewing a gum- 11 per hr
sleeping- 20 per hr
