You can't...especially not safely. I think the rule of thumb is that if you lose 2-3 lbs. per week you are doing it right. Try walking around your block or to your mailbox or something. Also, try cooking home-made foods...if you lay off the premade dinners and stuff (assuming you are eating those) that will help A LOT!! I think I lost about 10 lbs just from that, and another 5 or so from cutting down to 1 can of pop a day (instead of 4 or 5). Simple stuff will get you the results you are looking for, but it will take time. A good place to get recipes and moral support for free is the SparkPeople website. You sign up for an account and you can get all sorts of information. Good luck!!
stop drinking soda all together and cut down on sugary drinks and supliment with water. your not gonna drop 25-30 but you will definitly lose enough that you can see the results.
Also, if you have a pool or a pool you can access then i would suggest doing laps every day.
