Not necessarily. Some people own overactive sweat glands and can sweat by simply sitting. Sweating is nothing more than your body's bearing of cooling off. Yes, you sweat when you are exercizing, and you SHOULD sweat when you are exercizing because you are expending a large amount of energy.. but I would not calculate a workout on the amount of sweating that is occuring.

If you are looking to lose bulk you need to amply pair Cardio and Strength Training beside a balanced diet. If you do this, the counterbalance will come off regardless of how much you do or do not sweat.

Yes it does. Sweat is fat. Thats why relations who always lose alot of sweat is usually built more than folks who dont. I always run on my treadmill for 45 mins and i sweat resembling crazy.
Not at that minute but the next morning you would have burned like mad of calories. if you don't eat at lowest 4 hours before you stir to bed, then you will own burned off adjectives of your food and you lose more wight that way than to chomp through right before you step to bed and then gain cargo and your body wont have anough time to digest the food you a short time ago ate.
Well if you sweat a lot it resources your hot..not necessarily that you are burning calories. If you are physically fit you don't sweat as much as people who aren't.
lmao, sweat is not grease lmao! sweat is a way that your body cools itself. the more you sweat the more hose down you lose. so drink plenty of fluids when you sweat.
I don't think so. If that be the case, I'd be ultra skinny. I sweat profusely. I am sweating right in a minute as a matter of certainty and I am not doing anything but sitting in front of my computer.
