Answer:
Make sure you enjoy comfortable shoes... and the feet soaking is a great suggestion. Even better would be a foot massager (the open-handed that hold hot water and jerk with bubbles). Those things might come across lady approaching, but they work great and can make your foot feel better than alien again every night. You can seize one at WALMART, heheh.
Ice your feet if they are sore or soak them contained by hot water
You may also want to amke sure you ahve a comfortable couple of shoes on while working.
Yes, this is the reason you enjoy lost that weight. Congratulations!

I agree, when you gain home, soak your feet within hot, then cool dampen for about 10 minutes respectively. Get some REALLY comfortable shoes to work in.

I "pulled line" at a store and lost 30 pounds surrounded by 3 weeks...

And after a few months, I got a interweave on the bottom of my foot from all the walking (9 to 15 miles a sunshine!), watch for that. Make sure you press your feet every dark.
You burn a lot of calories unloading trucks, but probably not six pounds within three days. You're losing weight hastily because of water loss, which is conventional. If you keep working within the weight will verbs to go down, but at a slower rate because you'll be burning excess weight instead of losing water.

I used to push cart at Target and also had headache in the foot. What worked for me was to own a hot bath at the expire of the day and merely soak. Also, try the gel shoe inserts -- the good ones work miracles.

Finally, in attendance are vibrating slippers that stroke the feet and can comfort out a lot.
