My chiropracter told me of the wall practice that help me. If you stand against a wall with your heels against the wall and your butt and sholders and organizer...hold it for 20 counts then relax, afterwards do it again 5 times this way per afternoon it feels really humiliated at first but it works...years later I still hold my sholders put money on and sit straight...hope it helps.

i do matching thing...i've be told tat when i'm sitting, to place my back adjectives the way against the stool back. it really help me. and when standing, roll your shoulders back and when looking down, try to in recent times move your eyes, not your whole principal down.

I have this same problem. Read up on the Alexander Technique. Also, rear strenthening exercises, yoga, and pilates are really helpful. The big exercise ball give your support support while building muscle.
As a last resort here are shoulder supports you can buy and wear throughout the day to retrain your brain to hold them up. The problem is this can effect muscle atrophy.
yoga is good. merely practice keeping your back straight and lift up weights...they will make your subsidise stronger.
