you're gonna enjoy to do more walking that that honey! you consumed A WHOLE LOT OF CALORIES! you're best bet is to walk today, tomorrow & saturday, and get through very low carbs, illustrious protein & drink plenty of water for the subsequent three days.
You'd have to amble more than an hour..
the answer is dont eat hurried food in the first place, a teatime like that would nick an hour of more intinse exercise such as a competitive sport or running, good luck
You can but it would be better to hike for 45 minutes and swim for 30 minutes to loose more weight and tone your muscles!

You are thinking going on for this the wrong way.
You can get through whatever you want, but the knob is moderation. Even fast food from a burger place will impart the needed protein, calories, and other vitamins and minerals to keep your body running.
Keep within mind that your exercise is more important than adjectives yourself on a diet of Slim Fasts and salads.
Sure you can...dont kill yourself over it.walking for 30 mins at 3mph an hour burns 160 - 170 calories, so you should stride for 40 mins. Good luck and dont do it again.
You probably just consumed around 640 calories if you have water and not soda near it.. Fast walking (3.5 miles per hour) burns about 240 calories within an hour.
