Swimming has tremendously little effect on weight loss. I read this years ago, however I simply looked it up for you. Walking, running, and exercise, good diet. Cut your sugar, saline intake, and eat smaller number carbohydrates, gravies and etc. I found out that eating plentifully of watermelon is good until that time each banquet. My daughter was on a diet once and that's what her doctor recommended. It worked pretty resourcefully for her. Good luck.
