depends on your overall health also. but you wont second longer than three days if you strickly stop giving yourself food and water.
minus fluid about nearly a week before becoming sick beside 2 litres of water a sunshine about a month or so

No one can tell you this beside any certainty. It would be a silly piece to do and would not help next to weight loss if to be exact what you are thinking about. You are 13 and are still growing and are probably alive. Your body needs food for fuel.

It depend on alot. Like what they are use to drinking and the metabolism. I can tell you it's not devout for your body to go more than 6hrs wtihout any food. It spoil the metabolism and immune system.
It depends on a lot of variables. At 13 years frail and 138 lbs you are within usual weight edges although losing a little bit of immensity wouldn't be terrible. Remember, you are simply beginning puberty and probably hold some extra weight for that grounds. I really wouldn't suggest starvation for you. It can start you down a path that will organize to slower and slower metabolism which could eventually lead to portliness. Instead of this, eat a unbelievably sensible diet and increase your activities. Walk more. Play some sports next to friends...tennis is always virtuous. Don't sit behind the tv or video games. If you HAVE to play...use a wii or play something close to dance barn dance revolution. Offer to do some yard work. You will find that this will increase your metabolism and the bulk will just crash off of you. It will also build it easier to lose weight and hang on to weight bad for the rest of your life. whats wrong with that solidity?you dont need to loose counterweight and dont starve ur self. im the same height above sea level and weight im 21 yrs ripened and i look good.im 5'6' and 140.
Please dont starve yourslef, you in fact arnt just loosing bulk your loosing muscle, which is what keeps you moving and doing sports. and by loosing muscle you are loosing your strength and next to loosing strength you are loosing your ability to step, run, play ect. which will turn you anorexia. If you want to loose weight try this agenda:
Do this schedule for 2 weeks and you will drop atleast 12lbs.
7am- run (about 2 miles)
8am- do nearly 100 situps, jumping jacks, and push ups and weightiness lifting if you prefer too)
9- eat (special K cereal, near low fat milk and yogurt)
10-12:30 do what ever you prefer to do
12:30 lunch (healthy sandwich, 100 calorie pack, and fruit)
1:00 rest (or be in motion on computer, watch tv)
2:00- do 100 crunches
2:30-5 do what ever and also devour a snack (fruit, crackers, yogurt, pretzles ect.)
5-6 eat dinner (chicken, fish, ect. other respectable meals)
7- (if you want do 200 crunches (to tone up the stomach area faster)
8-9 find yourself hungry (eat fruit or yogurt)
afterwards go to bed
And once a week you can cheat, (like drink one thing that is to say not healthy close to chocolate, cookies, cake, sweets, or whatever else you similar to thats not healthy)
I lost 14 lbs, in two weeks beside this schedule, hope this works out for you. and you can also conveyance the schedule around to fit yours, and you may also redeploy some of the excersizes day by light of day.
1st you should be comfortable with your freight, 2nd at that weight you are flawless looking, 3rd I guess in just about 16 days if you drink plenty of water, which is meaningful. A better plan would be to consume everything through a straw this would be safer and you wouldn't have to starve.
