I am trying to stay away from fried foods to lose weight/fat.should that include anything stir-fried?

yes.
stir fry is generally better because it's different grease most of the time.obviously the best stir fry would be one that you net at home because you know exactly what's going into it

If you want to stir-fry then use river in a nonstick tub on low heat, it will slowly cook them, and later later you can tag on a little olive grease to the vegies and (meat)...if you wish. it will low surrounded by fat and still scrumptious. And of course, your seasonings.
Depends on what is contained by the stir fry and what it's being fried next to. Some stir fries are fairly good if they are using an oil resembling Extra Virgin Olive Oil because that is a heart in shape oil. If you are have stir fried veggies and are using EVOO to cook them, it should be ok to have some of that. Be sure to also stay away from things that are breaded. Best of luck!
