Well i cant voice your fat. It adjectives depends on how you feel give or take a few your self, if your self concious about your size consequently maybe try to lose 10 lbs, its not tricky just put away healthy and excersize i be going to just whip 5 hours out of your week and eat vigorous how hard is that, and you will hold that 10 lbs off contained by no time, 2 weeks top, if your doing it right and not cheating on your slef. But if you feel great and maintain balanced dailey meal and excersize than thier is nothing wrong beside being 137lb and 5'4, its adjectives up to how you feel going on for yourslef,

Ir's great, just the sound weight. Tho it sometimes depends where on earth fat is concentrated, for example I'm 5.3 and im 120 lbs but I still look flabby. So I'm trying to build muscle.

The truth is, as we get elder, "which everyone does sooner or later" the body's metabolism slows down, therefore the body gain weight.
