What will evolve?? yesterday i have a pig out sunshine?

im in a 1000 diet for over a month in a minute .. 2 weeks ago i decided to make the addition of exercise .. and i exercise everyday burning about 350-550 cal/ year in the treadmill and i perceive very natural and active . ,, later i hit the gym for a day doing cardio and some streching i didnt feel that tired and my body is aching but not so much ... after the next year im at the hydro spa,, it made my body ache approaching what u feel when suddenly u lift up weighs when u as a rule dont and i pig out... what will happen..?

You'll be fine! 1000 calories isn't enough anyway, you requirement more than that. Your only supposed to budge on the 1000 calorie diet if you are... like 200 pounds overweight. You should chomp through about 1400 since you burn bad 400 everyday!
dont beat urself up..basically get rear on the train and keep on chugging to well-mannered health!
