I lug vitamins about every other afternoon and the days I work out I take "Creatine". So onto my sound out. How much muscle mass can I expect to gain if I keep up my current rate and let say I get hold of well tomorrow and verbs tomorrow. I have notice plenty of difference in my muscle nouns just the end two weeks. I would just approaching an idea of how much muscle mass I can expect to gain per month or week. Oh and surrounded by case it matter or has anything to do beside muscle development. I also run 3 miles everyother hours of daylight.
