Im a 23 yr old womanly ...I weigh about 110 and im more or less 5"8 .Im looking to atleast put on 15 pounds ,i also want to work out and build muscle and some definition in my body ...I go to GNC and got some vitamins aswell as the power shake stuff ...Im going to be starting of near small weights and so on ..But my main put somebody through the mill here is ...What foods should i be eating to help out me with the weightiness and muscle gain ,and what foods should i avoid ...and about how much calories should i be taking a daytime ? any answers or websites that can help me next to info would be appreciated ...Thnx

I was tiny resembling that until I started the depo shot they say it puts counterweight on you. Do you have thyroid issues conceivably thats why you cant gain weight any.

I don't recommend it but not eating ample actually cause you to gain weight because it slows down your body's metabolism because your body isn't sure when it will obtain fed again. Many girls do this unknowingly.
