forget it ! That's not healthy. Do you want to ghet anorexia?? Btw, if you will lose 7 kg surrounded by a week, you'll gain it very promptly afterwards. Try somsthing more realistic , approaching 2 kg ( and that's even still a lot) . Start witth just a moment or two, it will be less promising you'll be ablye to remain the same bulk.

I know nil about you so it's knotty to answer. The answer off the top of my boss is that it is unhealthy and even uncertain to lose so much weight within such a short time. Losing bulk should be a function of a good lifestyle and a in good health diet.
Boxers can lose 4kg in 4 hours if they stipulation to make mass. They do this by training constantly. They do circuit training, cycling, running, sparring, weights, sauna and then repeat. During this time they can get through, but no carbs.
Athletes have closely of control over their bodies so can get away near this... As I wrote before, I know nil about you and so I cannot push for this or any other course of action.
