Your insulin may be spiking. Are you eating bread, potatoes, rice etc near your evening meal? Cut those out and drink extra protein with your vegetables. See if that help.
DO YOU EAT LATE EVENING TIME
if so that doenst help then you eat at dark more hungary you are in the morning
I have a similar problem, and was recommended a diet that consisted of more fiber. Other than the "cleansing" effect on your digestive system, fiber stays on the inside pool liner of your stomach longer helping you to feel more full and also curb hunger.
I would recommend drinking river when you feel hungry during sleep. If this doesn't work try making a protein shake and drinking it if you get up up still feeling hungry. Protein will satiate your body and oblige you feel full.
It sounds close to you are not getting enough sugar,probably you are overdoing the exercise.
I have this same problem, except I'm wake up normal times beside a completely empty stomach. I devise it's all slice of your metabolism. Maybe you're growing (considering you're in your teens) and your body wants more and more food to get you adjectives the nutrients you need to grow. I'm lately making guesses, but there are other empire with like peas in a pod problems!
YEH EAT A SLICE OF BROWN BREAD BEFORE YOU GO TO BED (SLOW RELEASE CARB ) AND SEE IF THIS HELPS ,EVEN IF YOU DONT FANCY EATING IT JUST DO IT ANYWAY ,ITS GOT TO BE BETTER THAN A BROKEN NIGHTS SLEEP EH?
