Answer:
I would eat lots of chicken and fish plus watch your portions.Cut down on how much you put on the plate.
I lost alot of weight just by doing that.
Good luck with it.
broccoli.
eat it every day in large quantities.
also exercise;
you need to bring your heart rate up and sweat at least 2-3 times a week.
DONT GO TO THE DONKEY SHOW
lose the sausages. to start off, for breakfast eat this cereal called FiberOne. Yes, I know, it is nasty, but you'll get used to it and it's not that bad. if you can eat only that for breafast, that's a great start. then when you have 2 jellos, try to only eat. one.
COUNT your calories. I'm currently on a diet and I don't go over 1000 calories each day. I lost 5 pounds my first week.

I gained 45 pounds since my last Dr. visit. She immediately put me on Atkins and told me after 25 to switch to South Beach.
Basically to start off, eggs and bacon for breakfast, meat like barb-q for lunch or a chicken salad (no breaded, grilled only) snacks of cheese and apple and meat and green veggies for dinner.
No bread, no rice, no beans, no candy, cokes etc. You are limiting carbohydrates (carbs)
Do an Internet search for Atkins friendly foods and you will find loads.
You can eat sour cream dip with veggies, all sorts of stuff to keep from getting bored.
Some nay sayers will tell you it is bad for you. Being over weight is bad for you. I did this some years ago, and my blood profile (HDL LDL and cholesterol were great)
If you drink alcohol, quit for a few days to get going, then limit the beer and mixers. Think about Martinis, diet coke and rum etc.
In two weeks, I have lost 22 lbs. But I also am walking a few times around the block each evening.
