Is it normal to lose 3-5 lbs after a workout?

I've been working out almost daily since the beginning of the year. I noticed that I'm sweat a lot when I work out, and lose between 3-5 lbs (from the beginning of my workout to the end of the work out). Is this normal?

I'm not taking any diet pills. I'm not overweight.

Answer:
that is from water weight and perfectly normal
It's water weight. And it's normal. It comes back when you re-hydrate yourself.
It's probably water weight, especially since you said you sweat a lot. Just make sure you rehydrate after or actually during your workout!
wow thats a lot but possible, i remember when i worked out for 3 hours straight twice daily and lost like 3 pounds a day but i only did this for a week because i was taking some ephedra pills. I dont anymore though and If your dealing with this naturally just make sure you drink enough water to keep your self hydrated because its possible it can be water weight. No worries
