Do you run next to a river bottle within your foot?

Well I'm going running like three miles today and if I don't hold hydrated while I'm running I'll die lol..it's REALLy hot today and i was wondering what you do when you run?

Yea only just take it surrounded by your hand or here is also a water backpack that fits really snug around you that you can buy and doesn't step around when you are running.
Well when I run I sometimes bring a fanny pack so I can keep my hose in it or you can other do it the old fashioned track and just get it.
