Would you a short time ago skip the fruit, or own the calories?
i was basically wondering- because i just have grapes and there be quite a accurate bit there. (hey, i a moment ago LOVE grapes) Are the nutrients and goodness fruit provides worth the calories if you're going to get through more than the normal amount?

Fruit is great for you of course, absolutely keep track of the calories if you are counting. Fruit is sweet because it have sugar just close to candy or a soda... not as much but it still counts.
