Hey guys, whats the best excersise for the side of your chest?
Answer:
I believe bench press actually works that nouns the best. Try using a wider grip if you are not seeing results now. If you've be working out awhile switch to doing dumbbell presses instead. Also if your trying to add mass to that nouns, get a reliable partner/spotter and turn heavy as you can to draw from out 5-7 reps. With a good spotter run a couple reps past muscle fatigue and concentrate on your denial reps (slowly lowering the weights back down to your chest). And other, always concentrate on your form and breathing, when I say aloud go cloying don't go crazy and do more than you can button and screw your form up.
My routine for chest days goes usually close to this with calorific weights: bench press, incline dumbbell press, decline dumbbell press, dumbbell flies, cross-overs, incline cross-overs, and then a "rep-out' exercise any using a Nautilus bench machine or push-ups.
Flies patently. I think you're discussion about the muscle that attaches your pecs to the shoulders. Lay on your final with dumb-bells extended above your chest. Slowly lower them, bent elbows, to your side. 10-12 reps.
Also...any lat workout (pulldowns) will work it also.
For my chest, I do bench press (flat and inclined), flies, pull-overs, and close-handed press. I try to do chest twice a week.
