Exercise silly. Go running, or better but, play some sports with your friends. That is how I stay fit, I exercise minus the intention to lose weight. And as you would expect make sure you drink right and toss the soda, grab some hose instead :-)

walking is the best exercise..start walking 1 mile a day..2nd week progress for 2 miles..3rd week go for three miles..everyday..the more you stroll the better!! good luck!!
