Workouts to lose cargo?
should i basically do cardio? or do i need weights?

More cardio work outs since these type of exercises, burn fat faster, you still need to do weights to tone your muscles so your skin won't hang down (more sets, less repetitions) exercises approaching sit ups/crunches, push ups and leg raises are also recommended
run (cardio) pull weights every other day, devour right and do abs. have fun and you should lose. also, if your looking for expeditious results, I'd suggest arms, as they tone the easiest.
