How can I detoxify my body naturally?

I am going to the military next month and I would like to remove all of the toxins from my body, but I don't know where to start,

Fresh juice, water, and broth for 5-6 days, with daily enemas. Then to break the fast, you need yogurt to replace friendly bacteria in the colon, and lots of fiber to stop the runs that you will have. You must drink minimum a gallon a day.

The easier way is to go on a very high roughage diet for a few days, with no meat and don't cook the vegetables.
Exercise a lot, as toxins are stored in your fat cells (assuming we're talking about the same toxins). Post-workout drink lots of water to flush out the toxins from the fat cells that have been broken down. If you have a full month, you should be fine, but exercise to play it safe. If you only have a week or two, you really should run every day leading up to your test. Drink a lot of water, but don't drink completely ridiculous amounts, as water intoxication can kill you. Also, don't drink more than a few glasses before your actual test, to avoid diluting your urine too much. Eat lots of red meat the days before the test to help prevent urine dilution.
for a week, eat a lot of vegitables, fruit, and wheats/grains..and of course a TON of water.stay away from greasy, fatty, and suger foods for that week.this way, it will flush out all the toxins that were in your body already.it works rather well! good luck!
