If you want to lose weight and not feel hungry do this. Eat 5 small meals a day:
Breakfast- Cereal, oatmeal or 2 eggs.
Snack- Fruit or yogurt
Lunch- Salad with not a lot of dressing
Snack- Veggies or granola bar
Dinner- Chicken with veggies
Drink a lot of water or other liquids without calories or very fw calories like crystal light. This will help you feel full as well.
This works. The reason is because your body gets used to being fed every few hours and does not store the food your eating, knowing it will get fed again soon. AS long as the meals and snakcs your eating are healthy decisions and your working out you will have no problem losing the 10 lbs you want to lose.
Since your a teenager your parents prob buy the food you eat I'm sure. If your mom makes dinner and you have no choice as to what you eat just eat a smaller portion than normal.
You can work out on an ellipilcal. These machines put less stress on your knees. Try wearing a brace to help support your knee too. If you cen't run try walking. You need to do cardio for at least 20 mins though to be effective.
If that still bothers you try something like pilates or light weight lifting. Lift lght weights at high reps.
