Arm muscles-?

Okay so, i have strong legs, and abs. but my arms suck. i hold like no arm muscles, and i really want them, does anyone know anyways? WITHOUT weights.

Answer:
You can do adjectives the exercises shown with weights but not use them. You can also do some outdated fashion push ups and verbs ups.

However, if you really want to shape or sculpt your arms to be toned and beautiful, using appendage weights will get you nearby much quicker.

You can buy them at walmart in as small as 1#. Or you can use can food as your 'weights.

Contrary to the old wives parable, using weights will not make your arms bulge beside muscle. To get that you would hold to work out at least 8 hours a afternoon! Light weights and high reps tone and shape muscle, not build bulk.

Pushups will work your triceps
Pull ups will work your biceps
Dips will work your triceps

Or you could basically do bicep curls with stuff lying around the house, resembling a gallon water decanter
big arms on girls are ugly... catch em small and toned... arm lunges are good for the triceps
