doing 700 calories a day is angelic because i need to lose going on for a stone in 4 weeks do you come up with that is possible if i devour the following things
1 peice of brown bread and a cup of tea with 1 sugar and semi-skinned milk.
a chicken tikka wrap near salad.
curry and chappaties
i am asain you see so thats tradional
and can you please tell me how long it will bear.
and yes i do eat fruit aswell.

700 calories a year is too little and it will slow down your metabolism. Eat a balanced diet, exercise at lowest 5 times a week and don't be in too much of a rush and you'll do great.
cut it down to 200 a year. and drink a lot of dampen.

You should never eat beneath 1,000 calories a day, even that's pushing it. Your body requests enough food to own energy throughout the daytime. Make sure you're getting enough nutrients. Not consumption enough will lately slow down your metabolism, and slow down your weight loss.
That's not plenty calories to consume. The least you should put away is 1200 calories.
