Are there any face exercises I can do to reduce fat/excess skin?

yes there is, and it looks funny, so make sure you're alone when you do this... You can recite the vowels and opening up your mouth real wide and tightening up your neck as you say "A-A-A-A-A", "E-E-E-E-E-", "I-I-I-I-I-", "O-O-O-O-"
"U--U-U-UU", SAY THAT A FEW TIMES A NIGHT.. You will feel a little sore for a few days, but this works for the extra skin underneath your chin. good luck!

If you want to lose fat in your face you have to lose fat all over your body which means exercising your whole body. There are no shortcuts. Except scalpels.
Try jogging for excess fat, for excess skin try facial massage and pursing lips then wide open smile with eyebrows up. Also push tongue on roof of mouth to help with double chin.
Yes... there are facial exercises and facial yoga. I believe it really works. Do a yahoo search and you will find info.
