How could I loose my weight in need using diet pills or anythin? I also want to get slim! HELP!! by the instrument, I want it to happen at lowest within 1 month! Please HELP!

dont diet anything you do. my best advice is to devour foods that remember where they come from. ie real food, not processed. http://my-favorite-stuff.com/health.aspx... logically speaking to lose mass you have to cut subsidise calories and increase your excercise. but dont decrease the calories too much or your metabolism will slow down. drink as many fruits and veggies as you can, low podginess meat, whole wheat bread and low large dairy. diet plans are fine to follow but if you dont like carrot sticks dont chomp through them, finds the foods that you do like to drink, ie most people close to bananas, you wont stick to it if you dont like it, so find something you can live near

well no argument on this that why you want a snatched result on getting slim. I am sure you must be havinng your own reasons. however my guidance to you is not at all to use diet pills or starvation dieting technique etc. Please work on long time sustaining things so that once you loose weight you don't win that flab again and also above all you stay on form and active. Do a bit of research on the following aspects( i would enjoy told you in detail but its better you find details on the web as the space here will be less to explain):-

1. Increase your metabolic rate so that you digest faster and better.
2. Exercise as per the intake of your calories. If more calories, burn more. Always burn more afterwards intake. The bigger the difference, the faster you will loose the weight, So do this for a month and you will be amazed on the results.
3. Do abundantly of weight training if you are 40 or below. Once muscles are made, body burn more calories to assert them and hence even if you do less workout, your body require more calories and hence you don't gain cargo or flab quickly.
4. Do aquapressure on the points underneath your feet and hand which result in speedy metabolism in your body.
5. Drink atleast 3 ltrs of river every day. Avoid taking cold sea. Also take a cup of hot water surrounded by the morning, if possible beside a tea spone of honey in it.
6. If you can, follow wheat grass psychotherapy.

I did them & in a minute I'm really in a devout shape...

1) 2 glasses of sea after I wake up
2) Burn atleast 200 calories per light of day ( i go to gym)
3) Eat simply fruits on a day ( any fruit except banana)

U will see on the spot result, U will drop 4 to 5 pounds at the end of the sunshine. U will feel hungry every partially an hour, eat as much fruits as u can.
See one and only diteing will not help you to lose immensity.

What I can advice are as follow:

Go to morning and evening wander. Just not walking do jogging too. It is more quicker.

1 thing i want 2 give an account u that i m a physical trainer that's y i m willing 2 answer u this ques , diet is the foremost part of physique and so have your collation in time , enjoy your regular food which u have day by day . then do yoga for atleast 5/10 min / morning , then strech your boby for 10/15 min to be flexible . use a stick 4 movement of your west .
economically when i see I'm gaining some solidity i try to eat smaller number portion of food but more times a day! and try to guzzle as light as possible, adjectives the bread you eat must be full grain and try not to drink after 10pm but if you re hungry eat a yogurt!. DONT skip breakfast, that will slow your metabolism. and try to guzzle oatmeal every morning. drink water ALL THE TIME, if you put away late at dark (like 8-9pm ) just cornflake. and every time you park you motor... try to park it as far away as possible from the place you re going.
but if you want to lose a lot of cargo and fast
do the Atkins diet, its be best approach to lose fat WAY fast- the entity is JUST EAT MEAT!(and egg in the morning or oatmeal) and watter nought else.. ( you can eat adjectives the beacon and hams you want woooojoooooo)
