i've been running 2 miles for approaching 2 weeks and i would like to run more. my objective is like 5 miles a sunshine 4-5 times a week. should i add similar to a 1/2 mile every week until i get near? like subsequent week do 2.5 miles and the week after 3 miles and so forth??

Sounds good to me. Something else you can try is doing it contained by a tiered methode. Do 1,2,3,2,1 and the week later 2,3,4,3,2. If you mix it up close to that you get the best of both worlds. I do 2 8 mile runs, 2 5 mile runs, and 1-2 3 mile sprints. You achieve fast and distance.
yeah its other fun for a new shift.. I think if you increase your running every week will be fine.
