my height is 5'4' and i'm 13 yr.how much should i weigh?

This is what my book say:

Small frame: 114 to 127
Medium frame: 124 to 138
Large frame: 134 to 152

That is the weight near any clothes on.

For those that said 140 lbs is ok for 5’4” girl are out of your mind! Maybe if she be a troll she might weigh that much. No wonder there is an tubbiness pandemic in the US, most of you own no idea what self fit is!

It depends on your lifestyle. As long as you're doctor say your healty be happy. Don't verbs about your keep on. You're Only 13! Be proud of who you are. Don't worry in the region of that number you see when you stand on the scale. If you're really that curious ask subsequent time you see your doctor
No lower than 85 lbs...thats how much I way and I am almost 15.

there's no RIGHT weight, of late make sure that you're relaxed and healthy. im your age but im not that elevated. lol but im a tiny girl, so just brand sure that you eat right and excercise. i devour a lot of variety of foods.. just engender sure that you're having fun. =)
