Fast Food. Period. Anything prepackaged. White and processed foods.
anything greasy or fried. soda..or primarily anything with trans plump or high fructose corn syrup

Chilli cheese fries, corn dogs, funnel cake, fried chicken, anything from fast-food restaurants,
FRENCH FRIES and any other piece of crap u can buy at a fast food restaurant stay away from salt foods and greasy foods and baked goods
use splenda eat ALOT of fruits in my oppinion
buy low grease foods
Things with sophisticated sugars in them (biscuits, cake, twinkies, white sugar and breads, etc). Just eat brown breads and sugar, vegies and lean meat. Thats it.
Sugar, yeast, and soy. Specific foods...snickers, twinkies, FRIED TWINKIES.lots of stuff

whole milk (and other full podgy dairy), drink 1% or non fat milk/yogurt
stay away from fried foods and processed foods and soda and things beside a lot of added sugar

Eat anything you want. Only remember two simple things: 1. Eat in moderation, and 2. Get to a gym and work your butt bad.
One more thing... lately 'cause you look down at the scale and see a "good" number, doesn't be set to you're in shape. A 5'7" woman can weigh 165 and be hot as hell. On the other appendage, the same woman can weigh 115 and look close to a Holocaust victim.
The difference is muscle tone!
economically i mean theres usually a sign so stay away from anything high contained by sugar, carbs, fat, or calories. and youll usually know if its second-hand goods food. the crappy kind of chips approaching cheetos. plain tortilla chihps are fine. mcdonals hamburgers are bad because they are so greasy, but contained by n out burgers arent that bad because they are much smaller amount greasy and healthier. stay away from candy chips gummies some rime cream soda. those are probably the worst things without exceptions.
