1 bowl of Cream of Wheat, 1 bowl of Quaker 100% Oatmeal, 1/4 cup of 2% decline fat milk next to added vitamin A & D, and 3 packs of Splenda.
Snack:
1 Pure Protein High Protein Bar Chewy Chocolate Chip, and 8oz of dampen mixed with 1 measure of Body Fortress Whey protein mixture vanilla flavor.
Lunch:
2 96% reduce lubricant whole wheat tortillas, next to chicken and potatoes from dinner, just boiled chicken and potatoes.
Dinner:
Some munificent of chicken dish, made with muchrooms, chicken breasts, and the sauce sour cream, chipolte and tomatoe sauce.
Did I get through ok? Any tips on how to gain 17 lbs. Thanks.

I'm not seeing much in the passageway of green and yellow veggies.
