Answers: I second the Eggbeater suggestion - taste great, very satisfying, and very low surrounded by calories. Oatmeal will also fill you up, but you enjoy to watch what you put on it since brown sugar or cream (my aunt's instrument of eating oatmeal) will rack up those calories really promptly.
Like eggs, try egg beaters, they are healthy and swallow like definite eggs. Oatmeal is another. How about a protein smoothie?
