you have to lose overall body hefty to lose belly fat, deplorably. and some people can't lose it at adjectives (genetics) even if they have no body chubby elsewhere. most people hold rolls of fat when they sit - you're a genetic oddity if you don't. either agency, don't rely on ab excercises to get rid of belly podginess - this only builds muscle not diminishes flabby. sometimes that last resort is liposuction which obviously it expensive, dangerous, and i don't recommend it. if you're regular weight you may merely have to live near a little rotund in your belly. secure the rest of us!
Why are you complaining? Size 0-1? Honey, you're ultra skinny and if you wan to tone your belly do some cardio and crunches. Must be nice to be a zero fairly than a size 5-7
You need to do counterweight training. NO-it wont make you overly buff or manly. Weight lifting is the best passageway to tone your body :)
have better posture and sit up straight.. Pilates.. can comfort your posture.. or ab exercises.
