i wouldn't proposal you to do such a thing...even if it's individual for a certain amount of time... your body is not something to play next to... i mean, fruit have vitamins, but no proteins, magnesium or potassium(only bananas have somewhat of potassium, but not enough)...that means your muscles would capture weak and surrounded by about a month you wouldn't be capable of move...
i had a loss of magnesium/potassium and i fell rotten a chair in the future... i ended up almost breaking my spine and be a month in bed...

I have a friend who only ate diet food and she died, cancer consumed her body. You really shouldn't munch through anything that has an ingredient that's man made. Eat at lowest 3 meals a daytime, any less and your metabolism slows down. Think of your metabolism as a fire surrounded by your stomach that's burning calories. When you stop putting wood on a fire, the fire goes out. Same item with losing counterweight, when you miss a meal the fire within your stomach goes out and you burn smaller quantity calories. Remember to eat healthly foods and not unwanted items foods.
Good healthy food and exercise walk hand and paw, take a short waddle and do some light freight training. A few push-ups and leg lunges will help build muscle.
Remember muscle burns more calories and take up less room than obese, so you'll look smaller if your muscles are toned up.

i've tried something similiar. i don't like the weakness of diet coke so i just drink flavored dampen (0 calories). make sure to still bear a multivitamin. i still take a low calorie protein drink respectively day because i want to hold the muscle but lose the fat. i haven't completely stopped consumption food just greatly reduced it and i'm snacking on crackers during the hours of daylight which are pretty low calorie.
i usually either amble or bicycle for an hour a day to help yourself to off calories.
i'm getting sudden cravings during the daytime, periods of shaking, mental state of weakness.
from what i've read online and my experience; conceivably i can lose 2 lbs a day tops; but, i don't know how long i can save such a strict diet up.
