This is frustrating.?
I am on cargo watchers and I have the cargo watcher's journal/logs too but I am wanting to track more things Like my grams of protein, Sodium intake, fiber intake and calories. Weight watchers only have you track points which is calculated through calories, fiber and total fat.
Its not in the order of losing weight anymore, I am immediately considered "normal weight" for my largeness and weight but I want a well again me. I am staying on WW, just tallying more stuff to watch out for.
