breakfast(10) - cherrios

lunch(3:30) - stir fry(no oil), sandwhich, veggie platter

5: run on the tredmill for 30 mins, 3 reps of 10 on a boflex thing weere it works my legs and arms

7:30- a salad

9- carrot or some vegatables w/o dressing

lots of water

50 situps/crunches @ dark then at hours of darkness

Well you don't want to munch through after 7:30 because that is usually when your metabolism slows down. If you want to chomp through a small snack make sure to devour 2-3 hours before your generally go to sleep. Make sure to drink wet during your meal because it make you full faster. You also want to make sure that you chomp through no more than 1500 calories a day. Otherwise it seem ok.

Hi! Sounds like your doing pretty polite. It's not good though to workout to deferred at night. It take away from good sleep and if you don't hold good rest, it can in truth cause you not to lose consignment. You may need a bigger breakfast though. It's the most substantial meal of the afternoon. Blue berries are fantastic for you! Maybe add that and an egg for protein:)
