Walking is great!! and if u listen 2 ur ipod its even better!!i was told that u should way of walking once in the morning until that time breaky and once after tea at least. In the morning it get ur metabolism going. Also u should have a cup of warm marine with a slice of lemon contained by the moring!! Good luck!

alot of cardio to lose them excess weight. the best cardio would be running. I know i know...running would be the LAST article on everybody's list.
We abhorrence veggies and running, but we need them. We love brisk food and junk food, but that stuff massacre us.sucks huh?
Hey. Well everyday I use my ab lounge..but it only make my abs stronger and my stomach look better..but running and dieting have help me to lose weight so that my abs are more noticeable...I hope that helped!
