I do sit ups and they work righteous on my butt i have a common well shaped butt
but lift up excersises shape your but and makes it look rounder and fuller

go and get on the floor and lean on your forearms and knees kinda like a cat, and raise one leg towards the ceiling and pretend you are stomping on the ceiling. do this 50 X, then do the subsequent leg. this will make your butt stick out further.
don't misconstrue this as a niggardly answer.but sex is in certainty an excercise and i heard that anal sex can give support to you get the results you wish.this however is just word of mouth and i didn't look it up anywhere.

I enjoy a flat butt (yippee for me). I've found that jogging and/or the Elliptical trainer have increased the roundness of my rear-end. It takes some serious work, but seeing the results is absolutely worth it! Also.Lying on your back beside your knees bent/feet on the floor, then lifting up your hips is a moral butt burner too. There's no other way to go and get that a** bigger than to have implant. No excercise, nodda. If it didn;t come natural, surgery is the single other option you enjoy.
