What variety of meal and other foods should I guzzle to stay respectable?

What meals and other foods can I drink throughout the day to stay on form because I am 7 stone at the moment and I want to stay at that weight or be 6 3/4 stone but I'm not sure exactly what to guzzle.

i have the same problem and my each day day be. have a big breakfast approaching blueberry pancakes and fruit but not eggs have eggs at smallest 1 ever 2 weeks.them if u can go swimming do at lowest 12 laps and saunter slowly in the shallow. for lunch u should own a sub with frothy ham and lettuce. something light . and u can singular have candy at lowest once a month. you can drink light ginger juice lone 1 meal resembling in the morning.next dinner have approaching at least 2 meat produce for dinner a week. and that is to say all so GOOD LUCK! also i knowledgeable this off of Oprah. keep on 2 hours 2 go 2 sleep after a feast.
lots of dairy and protein. like i chomp through carrot sticks...yogurt at least once a afternoon cause its massively good for your body, and approaching broccli just anything your taste prefer
of late don't do any fried foods, soda, or salty foods...

when snacks come contained by, do fruit, nuts, and try something like jamba juice...

salads (i personally don't similar to fat free so I use smaller amount of the good stuff)

when cooking, using more seasoning, smaller amount oil & butter...
I give attention to only a doctor, dietition or someone qualified should really respond to this interview...
Keep lots of veg.s and water too. Plus fruits and intact grain breads. Get protein contained by to so your bones will stay strong. Don't use any oils other that Olive grease or Canola oil if , you have need of another. They prevent and even reverse some health problems, close to Arthritis.
Eat fresh vegetables, pasta, rice, fruit, fish, and chicken, and stay away from all the soda and cast-offs food.
