Hi in that. Sometimes when I'm working out I return with extremely irritable and edgy. Is this usual or bizarre?

This irritability happens near any type of excercise. Whether it be Pilates, aerobics, or weight lifting. I'm fully hydrated and properly nurished. Thank you adjectives for your help!

I totally have a handle on . I think it's because I'm getting accustomed to working out . I try to say merely ten minutes to trick my body. But that doesn't work, I still feel *****y. Just try to suck it up and last out. Good luck and hopefully everything works ou in your favor!
