Is it okay to do pilates/circuit training?

Pilates is a GREAT way to burn off fat and tone your core muscles (muscles from the chest area down to your thighs). I have been doing pilates 2 days a week for the past 9 months and I have noticed an incredible difference in my tummy area. I have also noticed that I feel a lot more energized in my day-to-day life. I highly recommend trying Pilates!!
do whatever you can stay with - its most important to be consistant, no matter what workout regime you employ.
Pilates is a very hard work out and will really get your heart rate up. It is excellent to tone muscles. I take a class once a week that is part pilates and part yoga. It is the hardest workout I have ever done and I love it. I could notice a difference in my body after a month.
yeah that's fine. doing something different is great. You won't get bored like you would if you do the same thing over and over.
