But I would reccommend you build yoursef up to 50 pushups, pullups, squats, situps, bicep curls with out weights (use your own muscles as resistance...hugely effective), calf raises, and attach some good stretching everyday. Muscle raise how many calories you obligation to just survive so getting hold of muscle helps you burn calories faster while a moment ago sitting there. That's it.
