breakfast(10) - cherrios / and or a boiled egg

lunch(3:30) - stir fry(no oil), sandwhich, veggie platter

5: run on the tredmill for 30 mins, 3 reps of 10 on a boflex thing weere it works my legs and arms

7:30- a salad

9- a small snack , on almonds ( wat else can i eat for protien so i dont lose iron?)

lots of water

50 situps/crunches @ night then at night around 9:30

i usualy go to bed at 11

ill swtich up my foods =]

any food idea for iron/ wat will happen if i dint get enough ironn?

Answer:
If you don't get enough iron, you can develop anemia which is quite common and usually not serious but can become so if you're extremely iron deficient. Foods like eggs, nuts such as pistachios and almonds, fish, meat, cheeses, oats and peanut butter are all sources of protein.

Try a slice of whole wheat or rye toast with peanut butter, a few slices of cheese and some fruit, a handful of almonds or some oatmeal for a good, protein rich snack.

You can always add a bit more to your dinner, like tuna, grated cheese or some fruit to fill it out a little more and make sure you're getting in enough calories. It's always a good idea to take a vitamin supplement every day as well, just to ensure you're getting all the appropriate vitamins per day.
