How can i capture muscle mass? And grow taller? im 14 yrs old-fashioned and one and only 5'5" im a guy to?

I've been working out for a year or two and can't take anything!! can someone please help me i want muscle!!

There is no approach you can work out for a year and not get any muscle so top bullsh*ting. I be tired of being the small kid so i did weights for 2 weeks and double conceivably even trebles the size of my arms and certainly made a hell of an upturn on my stamina!

Do some weights, start off neutral doing as many as you can within each arm (keeping the number the same) for roughly speaking a week, then brand the weight heavier but maintain doing the same amount of reps.

No thing what anyone says reps are more major than weight, its great to look resembling arnie but not if you can only do 10reps when the weedy git subsequent to you is doing 100!

About your height, you read out your 14, 5,5 is around about average for 14 mate. I be probably shorter than that but now im 17 im 6,1 and still growing.

DONT listen to yamking, work your passageway up to heavier weights NEVER lift more than you can appropriate. I used to work on a building site and i was constantly carrying too much solidity and ive boll*cksed up my knees and elbows from too much stress.
Like you said you are only 14... You will tweaking in highschool.
Get a personal trainer. Lift heavier weights (under supervision)
Eat chicken & veggies.
start consuming more protein. enjoy egg whites for breakfast. they have a great deal of protein.
start taking whey protein. i know guys who have gotten big on that.
move up weights atleast 5 times a week for an hour.
you will probably have a growth spurt soon. i deduce i might still be growing and i am 17, everyone is different.
drink lots of milk! that helps keep hold of your bones strong and stimulate growth. exercise also helps..
Eat extra meat. If you're not weightlifting, you should take it up. If you already are, keep hold of on increasing the amount of iron you're pumping. Do your workouts regularly, but don't exhaust yourself. If you can get a friend to train beside you, it makes it abundantly more fun and will keep you motivated.

For the point: Time.
Only good nutrition and time will see if you grow taller. Some guys don't accomplish their full height til they're 21.
As for the working out, it depends upon what you are doing. Usually at hand are restrictions on what growing guys should be doing in lingo of weight training, etc. See a trainer to find out what you should and should not be doing.
However, the BEST muscles come from tricky work. Help out around the yard next to the hoeing, the raking, build stuff, get boards, carry groceries - adjectives stuff like that builds the best muscles, and they come easily.
