How to lose cargo?

how can i lose weight and grasp abs before september? also i walk briskly one mile every other day and way of walking one. i eat fruits and vegetables seriously so what else should i cut out for a diet?

Answer:
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a year. Nothing other than sea in between. Include plenty of underdone vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to produce ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.

U will complete what u have not even dreamt and that too within a reasonable time. Do not be contained by a hurry.
the best way to lose wight is not to progress on a diet.change the mode you eat.If you budge on a diet,eventually,you will go sour of it & gain it back...so guzzle healthy & regular.as far as abs,sit ups & crunches..
