I want to start bounce roping for exercise, pointers please?

I am 15, 5 ft 2in, and in okk shape. Naturally strong and muscular but I want to try to burn some. So Iv'e approved that I want to start jump rope as an exercise every year.
1) How long of a jump rope should I find, what material? I am 5'2.
2)I want to burn plenty of calories, so how long and how regularly every day should I do it?
3) what parts of my body does it burn portly in?

I enjoy recently thought of the theory to jump rope for my day by day cardio. Seeing as you should have at most minuscule 20-30 minutes of cardio daily, consider splitting it up into two sessions or complete ten minutes of bound roping, rest for about five minutes, and verbs with ten minutes of more rear roping.

I'm 5'6 and I have a rubber drop rope with plastic handle and it works just fine for me. It should burn fleshy in adjectives places, as do most cardio workouts.
1] go to walmart, target, kmart, && other stores that fit within the catagory and by fitness ropes. i don't use them because i already have one. but those are flawless for fitness activity. they're get ropes.

2] this girl once jump roped 10 mintues str8, for 10 days and lost 10 pounds.

3] i'm guess every entry because the engery your putting in to force your body up and turn the rope. but mostly legs and arms, && i guess core. might depend on how u lunge.
