Why is it that when I weighed myself It said I be 115 pounds then after weigh myself in 2 days it said I?
be 110 pounds then after going on a diet it go down fast and presently Im 107 pounds but I still have flabby around my stomach and legs and back similar to before.

That trickery is called fluid retention. When you walk on a diet you start by losing water counterweight, followed then by actual round weight loss. This is why it's far-reaching to not rely exclusively on the scale. Take your measurements beside a measuring video also, bust, waist, thighs, hips. Or better yet, buy a caliper and weigh up your fat percentage.
Why would you infer you are losing fat? You are probably losing hose and muscle.
either your enormity is broken or you just over ate back and now that youre adjectives down youre loosing lots of weight.

dont seize too excited though, i mean its great that youre loosing adjectives this weight, but the first weeks or so you loose the most cargo. then it get harder.

Sadly the stomach and gluts are the last place where on earth you lose fat when exercising.
I truly gain weight when I start working out again - muscle weigh more than fat! So don't shift by the scale or diet scam, the only authentic way to slimming down your body is regular in good health eating and physical pursuit on a regular basis. Good luck! It is not magic, various people do lose 5 pounds that rapid. It is normal to losse 5 pounds, inwardly 2-3 days. I have have that experience.
What are you, Three feet elevated? I mean at 107 lbs how much round can there be? Did you wiegh yourself barefoot and nude respectively time? Certainly has a position in what the degree sees. My wieght fluxuates give or take a few five pounds with some regularity depending on how stirring I am and meal sizes etc. but it have never gotten out of hand or alarmed me. You probably requirement a little excercise for muscle tone to some extent than a weight concern. What flab you have can probably be slickly dealt beside.
